What's New

4.4.0

Jun 06, 2025

Version 4.4.0 is a major update to our watch app - making tracking workouts from your wrist even easier!

Two months ago we launched a new design for the Watch app. Like any big change, it sparked conversation. Some of our users loved the fresh look, while others found it tougher to navigate.

We listented intently to your feedback, which has helped shape our latest update: version 4.4.0. We’ve refined the interface to bring together the clarity and simplicity users appreciated in earlier versions with the power and flexibility of the new design.

This latest release features the same improved rest timer card and card stack, but has brought back the "grouping" of sets within an exercise or superset. We believe this new iteration combines the best of both worlds.

We value community feedback immensely. If you'd like to share feedback, report bugs, schedule a live call with our engineering team, or otherwise give us your thoughts on the app, you can do so directly from the Train Fitness iPhone app from: Profile (You) Tab > Settings > Get Involved.
